Today, we feature a recipe created by our team at Enjoy Snacks called Furikake Chex Mix.
Ingredients needed:
2 large boxes of Chex or any other kind of cereal
2 8 ounce bags of Enjoy Arare (premium mix arare, sakura arare, premium mini nori maki)
Pretzels and Nuts
½ cup margarine
½ cup Wesson oil
¾ cup dark karo syrup
3 T shoyu
½ -3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 bottle furikake

Instructions:
Heat margarine, oil, syrup, shoyu, and brown sugar until dissolved
Drizzle liquid mixture over cereal mix and stir until evenly coated
Sprinkle furikake over cereal mixture and distribute evenly
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, mix every 10 minutes
Cool before packing
