Our Story
It’s time to enjoy life! It’s time for Enjoy Snacks!
It started with a dream placed in our heart and an expression to someone that would listen. KTM Services, Inc. was founded in 1994 based on a dream the owner, Thanh, had in his heart. He wanted to see more snacks provided in the Hawaii market and felt he could be a small part of making it happen. This small company was on its way with the determination of Kamei (wife), Thanh (founder), and Muoi (Thanh’s mother) to create KTM Services Inc. There were challenges along the way, as many people were satisfied with what Hawaii already had in the snack market. Others would not want to give them a chance because they were young and had no reputation. Yet, these 3 believed that if they worked hard and did their best, that there would be a breakthrough.
They took the time to learn the processes, educate themselves in proper business protocols, and listen to what family and friends would share what they love to eat. Building a business took many long hours, but their love and faith in God helped this family prosper. KTM Services, Inc. currently employs over 60 employees and proudly supports its community.
A common question people ask, how did you come up with the name Enjoy? When they first started out, sales were slim. So, they got support from friends and family. One faithful friend would see how hard Thanh and Muoi worked. So, he purchased some coffee candy and preserved seeds from KTM and gave it to the change girls on his Las Vegas trips. As he gave the snacks, he would say to them, “Enjoy.” When he shared this story with the company, they thought, “That is such a nice thing to say.” The brand Enjoy was born. Food Safety Certifications
We are thankful for the opportunity to do what we love, providing quality snack foods for today’s market. Our commitment reflects in our actions as we strive for continuous improvement of our food safety program. Our food safety program is audited and certified against an international GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) standard. This standard encompasses following food safety laws, adhering to industry food safety best practices, and to continuously meet standards of the latest equipment for internal testing. We also monitor and regularly review our program for food safety and quality, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and HARPC (Hazard Analysis Risk-Based Preventive Controls).
The benefit to our customers is the assurance that we have done our best to be held accountable for every item we make, pack, and distribute. Our Food Safety Program traces all ingredients from beginning to finished product. This translates to the highest level of confidentiality and trust within manufacturing relationships. KTM Services, Inc. partners with various manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and packaging suppliers for the benefit of our customers.
Shipping Information
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping carrier. Usual delivery times are 5-7 days. We ship to the continental United States, America Samoa and Guam. During the holiday season please allow for shipping delays as the estimated ship times range from 7-18 days.
