  • Missing or Sold Out Products?
    If a product is no longer visible on our website, it usually means that it has been discontinued. The exception would be for seasonal and limited edition products. Those products will appear and disappear once per year.
    Sold Out products are indicated by a tag on the product image or indicated in the product description. While we ty our best to keep all of our products stocked all-year round, there are times when unforeseen supply chain issues may delay our replenishment that results in our available on-hand inventory to be depleted. We will indicate on the product description page when the expected availability date will be.

  • What is the latest to place my order for it to arrive by Christmas (December 25, 2023)?
    We recommend that people place their order prior to December 13 in order for their order to arrive by December 25. According to the US Postal Service, the deadline for packages originating from Hawaii is December 16 to allow for timely delivery by December 25. Weather and staffing may cause additional delays so please check with the USPS website for the latest information.

  • How long does it take for my package to arrive?
    We use USPS and UPS for our deliveries. The normal arrival time is between 5-7 days from the order date. During the holidays, the delivery services can be delayed and arrival times may be between 7-14 days. If you do not receive your package within 14 days, please contact us for assistance. Deliveries may also be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, in which case there is not much we can do about that except refer you to the USPS (https://www.usps.com) and UPS (https://www.ups.com) websites for estimated arrival times.

  • How do I get Free Shipping?
    Free Shipping is automatically added to orders of $50 or more. If your order is $50 or more you will see the shipping discount at the bottom of your order invoice.

  • Where do you ship your products?
    Enjoy Snacks currently only ships to all U.S. States, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Marianas, and Guam.

  • Why Do I Not See a Shipping Option When Completing My Order?

    This happens when the order is large and our shipping calculator is unable to fit the entire order in a single USPS Flatrate box. We recommend splitting up your order into smaller orders so they will fit in the following boxes:

    • Large Flat Rate Box: 12”x12”x5.5”

    • Medium Flat Rate Box: 11”x8.5”x5.5”

    • Small Flat Rate Box: 8.625”x5.3.75”x1.625”

    Another thing to note is that our shipping calculator treats 3 and 10-pack items as a single item and cannot be split up. While our shipping calculator works fine for most orders, we are aware that larger orders with large-size items do require special attention. Should you encounter this problem, please contact us and we will work with you to complete your order.

  • I forgot my customer account password. How can I complete my order?
    You can use the “Login” menu item at the top of the web page. Use the “Forgot Password?” link to have a reset link emailed to you. Once you receive the reset email, you will be able to enter a new password to regain access to your customer account.

  • How do I get information about becoming a reseller of Enjoy Snacks products?
    We are currently updating our reseller program and are not accepting any reseller applications. If you are interested, please send your company information to office@enjoysnacks.com and we will contact you when the reseller program is reinstated.

  • How do I get bulk pricing for Enjoy Snacks products?
    We currently, do not offer bulk pricing other than the 3 and 10-pack amounts in our online store.

  • Are products affected by hot temperatures during the summer months?
    Gummy candies contain a high water content that is mixed with a gelatin to create its soft and squishy texture. While they are solid at room temperature, they will melt at 95F - 100F. It is important to store your gummy candies in a cool place and away from direct heat. During the summer months, gummy candies can melt during delivery if your local temperature is over 95F.

    Due to our strict International Food Safety certifications, we do not accept returns. If there are any issues with your products, please contact us.
